2002 after deciding to leave sales management
and Corporate America. He started a business
in the golf industry, which he operates
as a hobby. Seeing the potential in the
SWFL real estate market, Tylan started investing
in properties for himself. Soon family and
friends from around the country were asking

After he obtained his real estate license

New York. After two years as a licensed
Mortgage Broker, he decided to relocate
to Fort Myers, where he acquired his
Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Licenses.
Having worked in sales and sales management

Elmo
Mariathasan moved to New
York in 1979 from Sri Lanka at the age
of 19. After completing his education
in New York and New Jersey, he went
on to work for Avery Dennison Corp.
for 13 years; holding several different
positions from field service engineer
in Manhattan to Regional Service Manager
for Eastern United States and Canada.
When Avery and Dennison Manufacturing
merged, his new position as South Eastern
Regional Manager took him to North Carolina.
After leaving Avery Dennison in 1993,
Elmo started his own computer service;
within three years his company expanded
to 4-field service offices in Gastonia
& Charlotte, NC, grossing over 1
million in sales and service yearly.
Selling the business in 1998, he moved
to Buffalo, NY and started an Internet
news company with his two brothers;
Realtimetraders.com serves clients worldwide
in the stock market arena. Having been
in the Real Estate market since 1987
buying and selling lots, single and
multi family homes throughout NY, NJ
and NC, Elmo ventured into Mortgages
and opened an Office in Queens, NY.
Successfully securing mortgages in NY
and Florida for the past 5 years, he
decided to relocate to Fort Myers in
2005, acquiring his Mortgage Broker
and Real Estate Licenses.
